Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground and open the door where the seal will be replaced.
- Carefully remove the interior trim panel if it obstructs access to the seal channel (use trim tool or screwdriver as needed).
- Peel out the old weatherstrip and remove any clips, adhesive residue, and debris from the door channel.
- Clean the channel thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or an appropriate cleaner and allow it to dry.
- Test-fit the new DWB 2110 73 seal along the door edge to confirm orientation (left/right hand) and length; trim excess with a utility knife if necessary.
- If clips are used, align and press the seal into the channel so clips engage. If adhesive is required, apply a thin, even layer to the channel or seal lip per adhesive instructions.
- Press the seal firmly along its entire length, using masking tape or small clamps to hold it in place while adhesive cures (if used).
- Reinstall any removed trim panels, close the door, and check for even compression and proper door alignment. Make minor adjustments as needed.
