Right-hand (passenger side) glass run channel for 1966-1977 Ford Bronco (GRR 2111 66). This replacement channel secures and guides the door glass, helps seal against wind and water intrusion, and restores proper window alignment and smooth operation. Molded from durable, flexible rubber with a reinforced metal backing, it resists compression set and UV degradation for long-lasting performance. Designed as a direct-fit restoration part, it improves weather sealing, reduces wind noise, and simplifies seasonal maintenance or a full door rebuild.

Instructions:
- Lower the window glass to a position where the top of the run channel can be accessed, or remove the glass if required by your door design.
- Remove the interior door panel and any vapor barriers to expose the window regulator and old glass run channel.
- Support the glass with masking tape or a helper and detach the window from the regulator if necessary.
- Carefully pull out the old glass run channel from the door frame. Cut and remove any adhesive or remnants with a utility knife.
- Clean the channel mounting area thoroughly, removing dirt, old adhesive, and corrosion. Wipe with a clean cloth.
- Test-fit the new channel into the door frame to confirm orientation and fitment.
- If desired, apply a light bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the mounting surface for a secure fit (follow adhesive instructions).
- Starting at the top, press the new run channel into the channel slot and work it along the door, ensuring the metal backing seats fully and the rubber lip is flush.
- Reinstall the glass into the channel, align with the regulator, and secure the glass to the regulator per vehicle procedure.
- Cycle the window up and down several times, applying silicone spray or lubricant where the glass contacts the run, to ensure smooth operation and proper sealing.
- Reinstall the vapor barrier, door panel, and hardware. Perform a final check for leaks and noise with the window closed.
