Ideal for restoration projects or routine replacement, the kit delivers improved sealing, quieter operation, and straightforward installation.

- Made from durable, weather-resistant rubber for long service life and flexibility.
- Guides and seals the window to reduce wind noise, water leaks, and glass wear.
- OEM-style profile for correct fit, alignment, and restored appearance.
- Straightforward replacement for restoration or maintenance projects — improves window operation and longevity.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-60 minutes per door (varies by experience)
Instructions:
- Lower the window (or remove glass if required by your door design) and remove the interior door panel using screwdrivers and a trim tool.
- Carefully remove the old glass run channel: pry out any retaining clips and pull the old rubber out of the channel groove.
- Clean the channel area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or a mild cleaner to remove dirt, adhesive residue and old lubricant.
- Apply a light coat of soapy water or rubber-safe silicone spray to the new run channel and the window edge to aid installation and prevent binding.
- Starting at the top corner, press the new run channel into the door frame groove, working evenly along the length. Use a plastic pry tool to seat the lip into place without cutting or stretching the rubber.
- Reinstall any retaining clips or fasteners and trim any excess rubber if necessary with a utility knife for a clean fit.
- Carefully raise and lower the window several times to verify smooth operation and proper alignment; adjust seating if the glass binds or gaps appear.
- Reinstall the door panel and hardware. Test the window operation again and check for wind noise or water intrusion after a short road test.
