QA1’s coilover conversion system for 1965-1979 F100 trucks, whether bump side or dent side, is designed to replace factory suspension components with a modern solution. This system is narrower than a typical Crown Vic swap, allowing for better handling and fitment of larger wheels and tires. The setup saves 150 lbs off the front end and provides adjustable ride height range of 5" to 7" with included drop spindles.
QA1’s coilover conversion system delivers superior handling for your F100, featuring a front-end design that is 3.75" narrower than the common Crown Vic swap. This narrower width allows for the fitment of wider wheels and tires, improving handling and cornering stability while giving your truck a modern, aggressive stance. In addition, the system lowers the front-end weight by 150 lbs, making your truck more responsive and nimble.
The included rack and pinion system greatly enhances steering precision and responsiveness, delivering a modern driving experience with improved driver feedback and control.
Achieve the drop you want with ease. The system provides 5" to 7" of drop with the included drop spindles. Paired with QA1’s single adjustable coilover shocks and high-travel springs, you can fine-tune your truck’s stance and ride quality to suit both daily driving and performance needs.
The kit comes with all of the major components to complete the install with tubular upper and lower control arms, upper and lower crossmembers, rack and pinion steering, and drop spindles. With hardware included, the system is designed to bolt in seamlessly.
This system offers a range of bolt-in engine mounts tailored to your specific build. Sold separately, you can choose from FE, Windsor, Mod/Coyote, or LS-based engine mounts.
