This lock assembly is for the Coupes and Tudors. It is the lock for the left hand door on the inside. Will not work on right (passenger) side door even though the door looks like there is a place to accept it. When the slide lock is slid, it slides against part of the door latch and prevents the outside door handle from being turned. The right (passenger) door latches do not have this extra sliding mechanism.
