Instructions:
- Verify kit contents and compare new pieces to the old seals to confirm match and orientation.
- Carefully remove the door panel and any window channel trim to access old seals and glassruns.
- Remove the old weatherstrips and glassruns; pull out any remaining adhesive and metal clips.
- Clean mounting channels and mating surfaces thoroughly with solvent; allow to dry.
- Test-fit each new piece without adhesive to confirm positioning and any necessary trimming.
- Apply a thin, even bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the mounting channel where required.
- Press the new seals and glassruns into place, aligning rubber lips and channels; secure temporarily with masking tape until adhesive sets.
- Reinstall trim, window channel components and door panel; operate the window to verify smooth movement and seal compression.
- Allow adhesive cure time per manufacturer instructions before full use; re-check for gaps, leaks or adjustments.
