Left-hand glass run channel engineered for 1966–1977 Ford Bronco doors to guide and seal the vent/window glass. This replacement channel secures the glass, reduces wind noise and vibration, and prevents water and dust intrusion while restoring smooth up-and-down operation. Manufactured from durable, weather-resistant rubber and precision-formed to match OE profiles, it delivers long-lasting fit and reliability and simplifies restoration or repair of vintage Broncos.
Features:
  • Fits 1966-1977 Ford Bronco (left-hand/front door)
  • Precision-molded, weather-resistant rubber for long service life
  • Guides and cushions glass to reduce noise, rattles, and wear
  • Prevents water and dust entry for improved cabin protection
  • OE-style profile for accurate fit and smooth window operation
  • Ideal for restoration, repair, or replacement of worn/collapsed channels
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 3/5
  • Estimated time: 1-2 hours
Suggested Tools:
  • Phillips and flathead screwdrivers
  • Trim panel removal tool or plastic pry tool
  • 10mm socket and ratchet (or appropriate fasteners)
  • Needle-nose pliers
  • Rubbing alcohol and clean rags
  • Weatherstrip adhesive (optional)
  • Work gloves
Instructions:
  1. Lower the window glass so you can access the channel area; if needed, remove the door panel and vapor barrier following vehicle-specific procedures.
  2. Carefully detach any retainers, clips, or trim that block access to the existing glass run channel using a trim tool and screwdrivers.
  3. Slowly remove the old or damaged glass run channel: peel it out of the door frame groove. If it’s brittle, cut into sections for easier removal.
  4. Thoroughly clean the channel mounting groove with rubbing alcohol and a clean rag to remove dirt, adhesive residue, and corrosion.
  5. Test-fit the new left-hand glass run channel into the groove to confirm orientation and fit. Trim the channel ends if necessary to match the door opening.
  6. If desired, apply a thin bead of weatherstrip adhesive into the groove (follow adhesive instructions). Press the new channel firmly into place along the entire length of the door frame.
  7. Carefully raise and lower the window several times to seat the glass into the new channel and confirm smooth travel and correct alignment. Adjust as needed.
  8. Reinstall any trim, clips, the vapor barrier, and the door panel. Verify the window seals properly, check for wind noise and leaks, and make final adjustments if required.
