This panel mounts at end of bedside panel featuring the correct shape, size, length and holes to fit like original. When your tailgate post is beyond saving with just a metal skin, this more complete assembly is the answer. This is an assembly that features pre-stamped mounting points for tailgate hinge, upper tailgate support and tailgate striker and the correct pre-welded threaded steel inserts and inner bracing for a more complete replacement and less metal work than replacing just the outer skin.
