Reproduction of the original style seat back foam and bottom seat foam cushions for various 1988-99 Chevrolet and GMC truck models. Replacing the seat foam before installing new upholstery is a must for any restoration. This reproduction is manufactured using automotive-grade dense foam material that replicates the original in appearance and fitment. What's more, the replacement upholstery will fit much better than trying to use the worn out original seat foam. Originally, there were two types of seat foam designed originally manufactured for 1988-99 pickup trucks with a bench seat. This seat foam set is designed for the type with exposed sag springs. The seat cushion in this style seat was originally molded around the support springs. To install this foam, the cushion must be cut away from the springs and the replacement cushion installed on top of the now exposed springs.
