Instructions:
  1. Prepare vehicle: disconnect battery, remove seats, carpet, center console and any trim or wiring from the repair area.
  2. Inspect surrounding structure and remove any rusted or weakened metal beyond the visible damaged area.
  3. Mark cut lines on the existing floor panel following the repair overlap guidelines; cut out the damaged section using an angle grinder.
  4. Clean and prepare mating surfaces: remove paint, rust and debris to bare metal and test-fit the replacement panel.
  5. Trim and adjust the new floor pan as needed for precise fit and alignment with factory mounting points.
  6. Clamp the panel in place and transfer or drill plug-weld holes where required to match factory attachment locations.
  7. Weld the panel using plug/stitch welds or continuous seams as appropriate, taking care to control heat to prevent warping.
  8. Grind welds smooth and treat bare metal with rust-inhibiting primer or coating.
  9. Apply seam sealer along joints to prevent moisture intrusion, then prime and topcoat to match vehicle interior or underbody protection.
  10. Reinstall removed interior components, reconnect wiring and battery, and verify fitment and finish.
