These are specially machined cam nut & thrust washers that are helpful in eliminating low RPM noise. It controls the forward thrust of reground cams. An important addition, especially with 1923-and-earlier applications. Using a combination of flat washers, you can obtain the correct endplay. Made in the U.S.A.!
