Mounts under the radiator and your crank passes through the hole in the middle of this part. An excellent reproduction that has the correct thimble spot welded to it where the crank passes through. Mounting holes are already installed for the T-3977-D trim strip. The panel originally had a hole below the crank hole for a round head screw to anchor the apron to the front spring U-bolt assembly.
