Locking cap only for 1928-29's which is threaded. The rear of the cap has an allen headed set screw to lock it down once in position to prevent theft. Top portion of the cap has a hole in it to accept the A-18354-CR or -WR moto meters.Once in position, you simply give the upper portion of the cap a counter-clockwise twist and the upper portion and the moto meter simply pivot back so you can check your fluids.
