Attaches to your closed car dash rail and provides a handy place to hold your cell phone or GPS. Simply hook the mounting bracket over the top front edge of your dash rail and bend the mounting bracket downard to fit to your application. There is a felt pad on the bracket where it rests on the top and face of the dash rail. The part of the metal bracket that hooks on the front edge of the dash rail has a rubber coating to protect the paint.Sides will adjust in to about a 2" wide phone and out as far as about 3-1/2". Once arms are adjusted to suit the devise you're using, just slide the devise in and out when traveling.
