This stainless steel windshield frame hinge is designed for 1966-1977 Ford Bronco models. Mounted at the base of the windshield frame where it attaches to the cowl, this hinge allows the windshield frame to pivot forward while securing it to the body structure. Manufactured from stainless steel to factory-style specifications, it provides corrosion resistance while maintaining the correct function and appearance for early Bronco restoration or windshield frame service.

Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
