This right-hand rocker panel reinforcement is a direct-fit repair piece for 2009–2014 Ford F-Series Super Cab trucks. Designed to restore structural integrity along the rocker area, it reinforces the original panel to stop progressive rust, improve side-impact support, and provide a solid foundation for trim and door alignment. Built from heavy-gauge, corrosion-resistant steel and formed to OEM dimensions, the part offers long-term durability and reliable fitment for restoration or collision repair projects. Intended for weld-in installation, it simplifies replacement and delivers a factory-correct result when properly installed and finished.
Features:
- Fits 2009–2014 Ford F-Series Super Cab — right-hand (passenger) side rocker panel reinforcement.
- Made from heavy-gauge, corrosion-resistant steel for long-lasting structural strength.

Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 3/5
- Estimated time: 1–3 hours (depending on corrosion removal and prep)
Instructions:
- Prepare the vehicle: disconnect the battery and remove any trim, weatherstripping, or inner splash shields that obstruct access to the rocker area.
- Expose the repair area: grind or drill out spot welds and cut away the rusted or damaged rocker panel section back to clean, solid metal.
- Clean and test-fit: remove any remaining rust, treat surrounding metal, and test-fit the reinforcement panel to ensure proper alignment and gaps.
- Clamp and tack-weld: secure the panel in position with clamps or magnets, then tack-weld at multiple points to maintain fit while addressing any final adjustments.
- Fully weld: complete welds along the panel seams using stitch welding or continuous welds as appropriate to match original construction and minimize distortion.
- Grind and finish welds: grind welds smooth where needed, then apply seam sealer to all joints and seams to prevent moisture intrusion.
- Protect and paint: apply rust-inhibiting primer, finish paint to match, and install undercoating or splash shield to protect the underside.
- Reassemble: reinstall removed trim and components, reconnect the battery, and verify door alignment and panel fitment.
