A precision-engineered Glass Run Channel (GRB 2110 80) for left- or right-hand door applications, designed to guide and seal the door glass while minimizing wind noise, water intrusion, and vibration. Built to the GRB 2110 80 specification, this channel provides a secure, durable replacement for worn or damaged window channels, restoring smooth glass operation and improving cabin sealing. Ideal for restoration and maintenance, it delivers long-lasting flexibility, corrosion resistance, and a near-OEM fit for compatible vehicles.
Features:
  • Designed to GRB 2110 80 specification for left or right hand door channel applications
  • Constructed from durable EPDM rubber bonded to a rust-resistant metal carrier
  • Guides window glass smoothly while reducing wind noise and vibration
  • Prevents water intrusion and protects door internals from damage
  • Direct-replacement design for restoration and maintenance projects
  • Flexible material resists weathering, cracking, and shrinkage over time
  • Simple trim-and-fit installation for most door assemblies
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 2/5
  • Estimated time: 30-60 minutes per door
Suggested Tools:
  • Flat-head screwdriver or trim tool
  • Phillips screwdriver (if door panel fasteners present)
  • Ratchet and sockets (if required to remove door components)
  • Utility knife or scissors
  • Soapy water or silicone lubricant
  • Clean cloth and mild cleaner
  • Rubber mallet (optional)
  • Gloves
Instructions:
  1. Remove the door panel and any trim needed to access the glass run channel according to the vehicle's service procedures.
  2. Carefully lower the window (if operable) to gain clearance or remove the glass from the regulator if recommended by the vehicle service manual.
  3. Inspect and remove the old glass run channel by prying out retaining clips or sliding the channel out of the metal carrier; cut through bonded sections with a utility knife if necessary.
  4. Clean the channel mounting area and metal carrier of old adhesive, dirt, and corrosion using a mild cleaner and cloth; allow to dry.
  5. Test-fit the new GRB 2110 80 channel in the door to confirm orientation and length; trim excess rubber with a utility knife if required for a proper fit.
  6. Apply a light coating of soapy water or silicone lubricant to the inner lip of the channel to ease installation and seat the channel into the carrier by hand.
  7. Work the channel into place along the full length of the carrier, tapping gently with a rubber mallet where needed to fully seat the channel without tearing.
  8. Reinstall the glass into the channel, ensuring the glass tracks smoothly and seals evenly along the channel lips.
  9. Reassemble the door components and panel, test window operation several times, and check for proper sealing and absence of wind noise or binding.
  10. Make any final adjustments to channel positioning or trim excess material for a flush finish.
